Unexpected Fans

I thought I would start a thread to see where you found Elvis fans in unexpected places.

I was in a pub in Worthing tonight (Sussex, UK) and it was quite a run-down pub. I put a pound in the juke box, obviously all Elvis songs, and then afterwards found out another 3 EP songs were added to mine.

I asked the barmaid who's songs they were and it was a guy at the bar who looked anything BUT an EP fan.

I made friends with him and told him I would see him soon. If not for Elvis I would not hav spoken to him! (y)

The most unexpected fan of Elvis I met was a guy who looked like he would like Led Zeppelin or Black Sabbath he had long hair wore metal studded leather neckband and he was in a bar in Moro Illionois we were at the bar and after a few drinks my brother and his wife went to the juke box and played a bunch of Elvis songs-this guy comes over to where we are sitting and buys us a drink for "playin his favorite singer" totally unexpected from his looks. Cant judge those books by a cover :)
