EPE made the audio up using the voice of Jamie Kelley to make it sound like the 69 press conference after his first show on July 31st 1969. The sound isn't so great but you can hear every word said.

Sorry if I miss understood this but EPE hired Jamie Kelley to record a fake 1969 press conference audio clip? My guess is that they are quoting a transcript of the interview.

I guess EPE is running out of Elvis audio recordings to make up a fake one. How about getting on the ball with officially releasing Elvis On Tour, Out take Videos and all the Movie bloopers and out takes as well.
