What is everyone going to be doing on Sunday to remember Elvis?

Well I love "It happened at the worlds fair" , always have. So I sort of thought at some point during the day I'll pop in the DVD and enjoy it.

I'll be paying tribute to elvis here in New York...all weekend...putting on shows all weekend for high rollers and big wigs. But brought my Elvis DVD to watch before show time.

I've had my Elvis books, and Elvis music playing non-stop all week, but Sunday - I'll be making cole slaw all morning - Youth Group Bar-b-q fundraiser - then after serving the slaw & brisket, I'll no doubt be washing dishes, then after that I go to my job. I'll be very busy all day - which is good for me, I don't do very well on that day.

My aunt who is an Elvis fan is going to invite me , my sis and a friend to her home for this special day . We will light many candles with Elvis name shape . ( all lights are off ) we will play his music and pray silently . Then we will share a cake which has got his name and pic on it ! and watching some concert movies ofcourse . I will go to a mosque and a church for praying and lighting candles by myself .( I never forget to stand infront of his poster in my room and promise that I will love him forever !)

I'll be cooking dinner for my family. But, it may get burned or undercooked since I will
be sandwiching my Elvis things in and around it. I have already watched The 68 Comeback Special and Aloha. I made a DVD of my Memphis Trip in l994 and I have watched it several times already. I plan to look through some of my collection, too. Of
course I will try to catch the Candlelight Vigil online and I will be watching dvds and movies and listening to my cds. I usually start my Elvis Week on the 16th and go through
the following week.

And I have been celebrating the life of Elvis Presley since 5.30am
I got up and listened to Ricksters show...
Being with Elvis friends is the best way to remember and appreciate the life and music of Elvis.
Now I have his music on, and I enjoy!

Long live the King of Rock and Roll.
And long live the friendships, Elvis helped to create!

Right now, Blue Hawaii is on tv. I went back yesterday and pulled out some old
documentaries that I had taped on video and watched them: Elvis Memories and
The Eco Will Never Die. That was interesting. I hadn't seen them in a long time. Also,
on one of the tapes was Live A Little, Love A Little. So, I watched it. I played disc 3 and
4 from Elvis Presley Platinum boxed set. And last evening I watched some of the
Candlelight Vigil on pc. Oh, I also went through one storage area and looked at some
of my Elvis memorabilia. Found some things that I had forgotten that I had. The tv guides that came out in 2004 with the CD-roms on them, I had never played the discs;
so, I opened and played one. It was so nice. I will continue today after my family leaves. My daughter, who lives with me, is begging for mercy! :)

I've got my Elvis tee-shirt on and I have been listening to Malc's show since noon and that was just over 3hrs a go.

Today I played Elvis whilst i was getting ready this morning, then i watched the aloha show, then tuned into watch E True Hollywood Stories for both lisa marie then Elvis, then watched the shopping channel for a special Elvis segment. Will be listenning to Elvis till i go to bed now.
