Warlick and Nichopoulos, strange constellation!

I read this a couple of days ago, and thought it was strange, that Nichopoulos' attorney is Dan Warlick. The same Dan Warlick that was the policeman to examine the upstairs rooms right after Elvis death. Strange isnt it?
