From Elvis in Memphis for me. From Elvis in Memphis was the first album i bought with my own money.
It's a very hard one to decide as they're all from the same sessions, the whole session is brillant, Elvis at his best.

I agree(this time) with most critics, that they believe 'From Elvis in Memphis", is the best work Elvis ever did. But, like most real Elvis fans, to hear his' voice sing anything was great. Sure, like all the kids(from the 70's) would be buying the latest fad; the Eagles, Bob Segar,etc... but I would get the funniest look from them, when I would say..Oh ya, I also bought Elvis' latest album... Know what I mean?

Only Stranger in my own Home Town beats 11 of the 12 songs on FEIM (It Keeps Right on a hurtin' could go)
