This last year seems to have had a lot of hard times for alot of us. I saw that we just lost two members (my heart goes out to the families) and I lost both my grandmothers within in the last year. It's nice to know we're not alone and we can turn to each other for comfort. Another thing other than Elvis that's nice to know we have in common.

I'm so sorry for your loss this year. Cherish your memories - they will get you through.

Thank you.
I am so sorry for your loss.
And like Gail said : 'Cherish your memories'
Those are the best things you'll have when you
lose a loved one. They will keep you strong and
get you through.

If you try hard you can find all sorts of silly things to have in common. But to have some compassion "in common" is both essential and meaningful.
I'm sorry about your grandmothers. Yes I lost mine about a year ago and her last years were miserable. I blamed my mother cause she worked on us without our consent or knowledge.
Rosanne's passing hit us so unexpectedly - my heart goes out to all who knew her. I hope to have made her laugh every now and then as well.

I'm Sorry about your loss. Death is always unexpected even if the person has been ill. My Uncle had a stroke and he was improving, but he took a turn for the worse and died last march. My ex-girlfriends sister died in her sleep last month. She had a brain annurysm (don't know how to spell it) To me the members on here are like family. Even though i've never seen them in person...we have a bond in our love for Elvis. My heart goes out to the members who have lost loved ones. Here is a passage i like in the bible. "what is life, but a vapor, it appears for a while then it is gone". We need to remember to enjoy the short time we had with Rosanne & other members who have left us unexpectedly.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your grandmothers. I know how difficult it must be, I lost my precious grandmother a few months ago, very difficult. May they rest in peace.

There is a thin line between life and death... I ve been in United States for 5 years, and in that period of times I've lost 5 of my closest family members, one of them was my cousin who was 20 years old she had cancer, and my grandpa from my mom side,... i could only sent them my deepest prayer due to circumstances I couldnt go to each of their funerals.. but i have accepted it and i give it all back to God... i know HE will take care each of everyone of them even better as when they lived on this temporary life.
