I wonder what everybody's favorite place outside Graceland is.
Meaning outside the main building.

I voted for The Racquetball Building .
When you are in that buiding and see all those jumpsuits and all those records, it really takes your breath away.
At least it did mine.:):)

I'd have to go the Trophy Room.

But, my absolute favourite is the jumpsuit exhibit across the road, which I assume is still there.

I voted the Meditation Garden! Even though it's the saddest place at Graceland. It is a peaceful place also. And i know Elvis & his family are at rest...and in gods Kingdom.

The whole of Graceland is a fantastic place to visit; but, I loved being
in the Meditation Garden. Somehow, I felt peace with Elvis being gone when
I was there. It was so beautiful and quiet there. I felt Elvis was a peace.:D:D:D

The Stables. Horses always used to fascinate me. And I know that Elvis loved them as well.

When you're standing in line to go, there'a s lot of chatter, and sometimes, there's a smarta$$ making rude comments, just to be commenting. Then we all enter the building and it's quiet - we become very much awestruck when viewing the Wall of Gold Records ! People are always impressed by Elvis' accomplishments.

I loved the big old tree that Elvis also loved...I have a few leaves from it pressed. I liked leaning on the tree feeling the sytrength and wondering how many times Elvis did this too.

The meditation garden is my first choice. The whole yard (pasture) is my second most favorite. I love the vast yard.

No 1 - Meditation Garden. Taking that early morning walk up to pay our respects, before all the crowds, is just so serene and peaceful.

NO 2. The Racketball Room.

Nope I was there this week and they took it down and replaced it with the in the Movies exhibit . Which was nice, but a bit over crowded and poorly lit.

I had to vote for the RACQUETBALL COURT simply because once you step onto that court and see all those gold and platinum records from around the world, it just cements Elvis' place in music history!!!

Plus having the jumpsuits on display there too certainly doesn't hurt either... ;)

TCB!

The Trophy Room - I could spend hours there.

Then The Raquetball Building - magnificent!

So far, and even though beautiful, I've tended to move rather quickly through the Meditation Garden....

I'd have to say the Trophy Room, with the Racquetball Building a close second, and Meditation Gardens a close third.

I'm curious to know what is everyone's favorite museum or shop on the other side of EP Blvd across from Graceland?
