I can't really think of any other sunglasses except for what he wore sometime on differenct occasions in the '50s and '60s which were really not iconic. These "aviator" sunglasses truly became his trademark. Though I hate when impersonators wear it onstage. Elvis never had on sunglasses onstage except one or two occasions.

For me its the "On Tour" and Aviator i have meany pair,s that are prescription Dennis Roberts was a veary good frend to my self and my family and made them for me
i feel veary lucky to have them.

Elvis had several different glasses withing the Aviator style. The ones he wore in 1970, during TTWII for example wasn't as large as later models. I have two favorites. The one with the red/pink glasses and the one with the yellow glasses, as you can see him wearing in On Tour, when he enters the limousine on his way to perform in Jacksonville.

Elvis sunglasses....where to start? I have to agree with everyone else, the classic aviator's are my favorite. I really like the lightly shaded ones he wore. I agree with Molo, the best sunglasses were those in the 60's. If you are asking where you can find similar ones, you could look at miamiwholesalesunglasses.com (http://www.miamiwholesalesunglasses.com). A friend told me about some good ones. It seems like we are all in consensus about the aviators :) Those really represent him and when you see the Elvis impersonators that is all they ever wear.

I love the aviator style with the EP in the center, all shades of lens color. But Hell, Elvis could have worn horned rimmed glasses and still look good! But even as a child I always loved 70's Elvis, sunglasses and all, in one word, Rockstar! Forever The King!! TCB.......

Elvis owned many many pairs of the Aviator styles, I have been told the numbers where in the hundreds,
He also had NeoStyle Nautic Glasses as seen On Tour in the Gospel section

elvis ,in the early years around 1970 wore the polaroid 8004 model frames,these were the silver aviators everybody likes,from thats the way it is movie.made by polaroid corp. they were available to the general public till they were discontinued in the mid 70s.these were believe it or not ,not unlike the cheap plastic ones today,they too had a plastic frame and metal temples but much much higher quality,brass hinges, very sturdy frame,and polarized lenses,except his were custom lenses,and later with his ep in the bridge and tcb fixed to the temples.after polaroid discontinued this model he must of had them made by someone else maybe dennis roberts,that i dont know.i recently after about 25 years of looking, bought an almost new pair of these 8004 model frames with original lenses,they are about 40 years old and most awesome...............
