I do too, Tina. I like Elvis' timing, lol, I was immediately smiling in the beginning, then wanting to place myself where the female lead was, lol :D

Don't wanna be on the other side of Elvis' anger, lol, then I'm cross when he is punched, and wanting to cry when he is upset (or be angry with who makes him upset, :D). Very enjoyable, thanks Tina :D

I also like these scenes and Elvis was an okay actor given decent scenes and direction (which, sadly, rarely happened)

Even though the movies may not have been the best, I think that Elvis did a great job in most of them and given the chance would have made a great serious actor as well.

I think that Elvis really did put in his "all" for each and every movie he made,no matter how bad the scripts might have been and it is sad that he wasn't able to really prove his acting ability but as always we have good ole Col.Parker to blame for that.I'm sure that Elvis would have loved to sink his teeth into a really great dramatic movie role but it's something we'll never really know for sure. What the public wanted to see and hear was Elvis Presley the singer and not Elvis Presley the serious dramatic actor.Elvis did two fine serious movies 'Flaming Star' and 'Wild In The Country' but those were two movies that bombed at the box-office,only because the public wanted the singing and dancing Elvis. It is sad that Elvis was not able to use his full potential as a serious dramatic actor.

Thanks, for the great clip Tina. (y)
I thought Elvis was a good actor, but most of his movies had the same storyline, not the ones' he made in the beginning, but afterwards...

He had potential had he been given the chance..

I always thought that when given good lines...ELVIS was quite an excellent actor. I enjoyed the clip reminding us how good he could be. (y)(y)(y)
