My best friend is very morbid, so she was looking up somethings on the internet and found a site about Barbara and Patricia Grimes who disappeared and murdered in 1956 after seeing the Elvis Presley movie Love Me Tender. Their death today remains a mystery and it's quite gursome. In the article she found it said that Elvis made a statement tell the girls to go home. I thought that was sweet of him to show concern in the matter. Anyone heard of this?

Yeah I thought so too. I had never heard of this either. But I looked it up after seeing it here and it was a big story in Chicago (where it happened) and to a point still is there.
It goes to show Elvis' love and care for others.
