What is your favourite jumsuit?

I love these suits:

- Bicentennial White (my most favourite, with Inca Belt)
- Inca Gold Leaf
- American Eagle (but only with Aloha belt!)
- Indian Feather
- Aloha Suit

I've always liked this suit. Elvis looked very good and happy during those May, June and July tours in 1975

And how about the 'Light Blue Grass' with the matching cape? I'm a big fan of those suits with capes. Have you ever seen an artists that close from being a Superman? :D

I liked the 69 Black suit ..and the "Fringe" suit - most of the others - I know I'm going out on limb here, but most of the others just put me off. (n)

That 'Flame Suit' is one of the few jumpsuits that I 'hate', it makes Elvis look bloated and unhealthy white. Perhaps it also has to do with the particular period that Elvis wore that suit. It might be a much better looking suit when he would have worn it in '72 or '74?

I think you are right Albert...personally i like the suit alot...but it never flattered Elvis during the period he wore it - though some pictures look better than others :D

I'm sure it would have looked great had he have worn it earlier. (y)

I'm not a jumpsuit expert and I don't know all their names...I think the one I like is called the Red Ladder jumpsuit... and I like one he wore with the peacocks on it...I don't like the light blue one he wears in clips I've seen from Elvis On Tour and I don't like the all red one I've seen him in--he's like lying on the stage floor with it on...

See...I'm not an expert with the names :lol:

there's always been something about this suit i love - The mad Tiger. Never worn enough....but without doubt one of my favourites.

The Blue Swirl from 1973 is simply amazing!!
The home movies from "Return to Splendour" in this suit are awesome.

Actually, a couple of my favorite jumpsuits are ones which aren't as spectacular as most of Elvis' jumpsuits (although they are ALL fantastic!!)

I like the TODAY jumpsuit (see my avatar)!! :D

I also like the RAINBOW suit, as well as the RAINDROP suit!! (No, I really don't have a thing for rain!!) :lol:

I also like the DARK BLUE SUIT WITH THE WHITE PHOENIX. The one he wore on the cover of AFTERNOON IN THE GARDEN is also a pretty cool jumpsuit!

Just a couple of my favorites... :D

YES! Another favorite of mine as well ---> The Blue Rainfall.

Graceland has just recently revealed another hitherto unseen jumpsuit that is very similar, it has Multi-Colored Stones in a rainfall pattern (with cape). Beautiful!

I must say that even though they were not technically jumpsuits, the suits of the 68 special I loved. As for jumpsuits, I like the white ones of the 70 and 71 like the ones in That's The Way It Is.

Hey I was searching for some quality pics for my On Tour Fantasy Boxset and the Nothing But Live Alt Cover(s) I am working on and I came across these pictures of the Mad Tiger Jumpsuit. I remembered reading your post about liking this particular jumpsuit, but not finding many pictures of it, so I thought I would post these that I found. I resized them smaller and saved them as jpg(s) to post them, so they probably lost some quality. I have them in the original sizes if you would like me to email them to you. Was thinking if the quality is good enough I may use them on some alt cover artwork. Hope you enjoy.

Hard to choose, elvis has many gorgeous jumpsuits..the colour combinations, some jewels on his suits, since elvis born to be a very best looking man he will look perfect no matter what he wear , my favourite jumpsuits would be : blue grass suits from 1972, light blue nail suits from his movie elvis on tour 1972, and of course his mexican sundial. My favourite suit is the one featured here on the TCB banner. I think it's called the Aqua suit. The ones I really can't stand are the ones with the scooped out front and the big puffy sleeves. Elvis wears a choker around his neck with these, and they really turn me off. I'm not sure what they are called.
