Does anyone agree with me that My Baby Left Me would make a GREAT opening song for 70s concerts and it is a shame that it was never used as one?

Agree totally..It would have made a great opening number. Another one that would have worked big time would have been "Baby let`s play house"......Oh baby,baby,baby...!!!(y)(y)

I can just see Elvis putting on the guitar, grabbing the mic., and shouting "Yeah, my baby left me..."

I can't. :P No lady would leave Elvis... Well, you know what I mean. :D
Though is a nice song! I'm happy with That's All Right Mama as opening.

Well, many ladies did leave Elvis, and that's part of what makes it fitting.
