I enjoyed listening to this. It's always interesting to learn more about someone but I'm not convinced that Sillerman's intentions towards Elvis' memory are pure. Every thing he does seems to be geared towards $$$$$ instead of a tribute to Elvis.

All I want from Robert Sillerman is for him to honor Elvis with his millions he's now got and build him a well deserved and long overdue Smithsonian style grand museum that tells the story from beginning to end. There does need to be some type of nice attractive hotel with convention space around the Graceland area. But nothing themed or tacky like the Heartbreak Hotel. A few nice family style restaurants are also needed. They should make EP Boulevard into a music Row like in Nashville where all up and down EPB would be museum after museum dedicated to the history of American music from Country to Blues. Build a Sam Phillips Museum near Graceland and honro the fatehr of Rockabilly. Build a Blues Hall Of Fame there too to honor the legends who inspired everyone from Elvis to Rap. Build a Memphis Music Hall Of Fame like the one Marty Lacker tried for years to get built. Stuff like that will bring in more tourism and more dollars to the economy there. Not all that theme park crap that's been talked about for the past few years here.

I think Sillerman always needs to remember Elvis's talent and charisma is the center of all that the empire entails. That is why people still listen to his music and honor him.

I think the big problem with sillerman is he thinks more about the money than elvis image. He should remember that elvis was famous long before sillerman came on the scene.

I wish a lot of people would remember that if it wasn't for Elvis there wouldn't BE any money to be made for them........

I agree wholeheartidly!
I have always hated the picture that some have tried to paint in the past-that somehow Sillerman is rescuing Elvis's legacy or memory.
That is totally off base IMO-his talent, his charisma are what people are drawn to.
Sillerman would not have spent the upfront money to Lisa, if he himself did not see the power of Elvis Presley to continue to draw people to his music.
Elvis is the center of the storm-not a cloud in Sillermans sky.
