He's only a prayer away and My baby's gone are the songs I'm looking for and cannot find. Does any of you know where can I get them?
My list of Elvis' songs is almost complete, except for those two. I'm counting on your help.
Thanks a lot. :]

By He's only a prayer away do you mean the song 'I asked the lord?' He's only a prayer away are the lyrics at the end of the song. If so it recorded in germany. and by My baby's gone do you mean 'i got to find my baby'? from girl happy?
if so the Girl Happy soundtrack and one of the Army Home recording CD is where youd find them.
hope this helps

He's Only A Prayer Away is an alternate title for the song I Asked The Lord and can be found on several CD's of private recordings. Best one to look for is RCA's The Home Recordings (07863 67676 2) released in 1999.
As for My Baby's Gone this is an alternate title for the slow outtakes of the song I'm Left, You're Right, She's Gone. Available on several CD's featuring Sun studio material. You won't find it listed on an official release under the title My Baby's Gone but under I'm Left, Your Right, She's Gone (outtake).
Hope this helps.

I got the slow version of I'm left..., is it the song I look for? And I didn't find "I trust the Lord", but I asked to the Lord. Is that another title for it?
Thanks a lot for your reply too. :flowers:

-"He's only a prayer away" (as know "I Asked The Lord") you can find it in
"Golden Celebration" (or golden-box) cd boxset.
- "My baby's gone" (an out take of "I´m Left You Right (she´s gone)") you can find it in several compileds of SUN Studio Era. Originally appeared several takes in the 1987 double album "The SUN Sessions".
Both songs today are not hard to find(y)
