Elvis and cats

I know that elvis loved all aniamls, but l was wondering how he felt about cats?? you don't hear about him having cats around at graceland till Lisa:hmm:what does anyone think?

He once jokingly said he was allergic to cats on stage. I wonder if that was true? Lisa seems to love them and had a couple while she was young.

My husband made that same comment when we were dating....I told him that he could take allergy shots. He never mentioned it again.....1000 cats later.;):lol::lol:

Well for what I can tell, he was definitively an animal lover, but yes he seemed to be much more of a dog person rather than a cat person, actually I can't recall a single picture of him with a cat, are there anyones?

Lisa had some cats. I don't think Elvis liked Hippo's either...we never saw those.:lol::lol::lol:

agree l really don't think elvis was a cat person but loved dogs, horses and of course a monkeys.

Elvis had a cat called Wendell, I posted the referance to it from Elvis Australia (i think) here a while back. It was named after Wendell Corby from Loving You.
