With the recent release of waiting to be released TTWII The Complete Works Boxset (which I am eagerly awaiting right now), do you think a label will make a boxset like the TTWII for Elvis ON TOUR...I would like to think so, if it were, I would hope they have some unseen footage, or new camera angles etc with it...that would make for a killer boxset if you ask me and I really hope it gets done!!!

That would be awesome. We need a full version of Suspicious Minds, as well as some more from Richmond and Albequerque. I'd love to see video of "Love Me Tender" to the tune of "You Gave Me a Mountain," and the Burning Love Suit is just great. When you get it, let me know what the alt. versions of "Bridge" Are Like

Elvis played in Alburquerque, NM. on April 20th 1972, the last show of the tour...They didn't film that show, but the one two days before in San Antonio Texas...on April 18th 1972 ;)

I thought it was the 19th, hmm, maybe Elviscrawler is wrong. I was wondering if they filmed the show or not, because there is that video of him with the girl with Leukemia from before the show (He sang her "You Gave Me A Mountain") Thanks for the info, though. I've seen the footage from San Antonio (Jackie Kahane's comedy skit, See See Rider, Proud Mary, Never Been TO Spain, Intros., Burning Love, excerpt of "Suspicious Minds", walking offstage)

I have Elvis on Tour on VHS and so very much hope that they'll release it in a box set. Like you said it would be killer. It's well overdue! It's like they're totally ignoring this one.

Well buddy, I certainly suspect that we'll see a comprehensive box set of ELVIS ON TOUR material from the import market LONG before we see it from RCA!!! ;)
TCB!
