Is this really Sophia Loren with Elvis on the picture?

I just found this gif picture with the title "Elvis & Sophia Loren". I did not even know that he met her. Is that really Sophia Loren on the picture?

According with Peter Guralnick book "Last Train To Memphis" (1994), chapter 19, Elvis met Sophia during the Filmation of "King Creole", in January 1958, in Paramount Studios restarurant. Sophia Loren and her husband, Carlo Ponti, were there. Marlon was also, but no pictures with him.

I've read in a newspaper here that also her sister was in hollywood at the time; she said Sophia thought Elvis was really cute and friendly but never looked at him as a possible love since she was already married :P
