Which Elvis Western Do You Like.

I was just wondering Elvis western do most TCBer's like best.I prefer 'Flaming Star.' I do believe that Elvis does his best acting in this movie.It also has a great supporting cast in it as well.

If I'm going to pick an Elvis western I'll go for the "modern" edition, "Stay Away, Joe."

Honestly, when it comes to westerns I think of John Wayne.

I love Kiowa Pacer, so Flaming Star is my favorite. But for looking hot, it's Charro hands down. He melts my pistol!

When I look at Stay Away Joe now, I am disgusted at the way it portrays Indians. It was funny and acceptable at the time, but now I find it almost offensive.

Flaming Star had great supporting actors, strong, imaginative script, a brilliant director, great action scenes and a serious Elvis doing his best acting.

Charro seemed to concetratye too much a a "look" aka The Good the Bad and The Ugly. As much as I've tried, the movie is very slow paced and uninspired. I actually found it boring.
