Rare In-Person Elvis Presley "To Dolly" Autographed "Elvis Now" Las Vegas Show Promo Photo (PSA/DNA Graded 8)
There just aren't enough Elvis Presley autographs to go around, especially photos. Some people thought they had the real thing, but what they had was a Colonel Parker special. Other signatures are just not the real deal. This 8x10, International Hotel handout (thicker paper stock) was signed in-person for a casino worker. Our consignor, Dolly, had an impromptu meeting with the King when she was at work at the International Hotel (now the Hilton). She met Elvis backstage in a hallway outside the stage door. The King obliged to her autograph request and signed this offering To Dolly in blue ballpoint. The signature is set against a blue background. trong>PSA/DNA has given its full endorsement and graded the penning trong>NM-MT 8. Below Elvis' signature is a facsimile autograph. The photo itself is EX/MT with one vertical mark which transverses the back but doesn't approach the autograph. This is the first Elvis autograph we have ever offered on such a medium. We're all shook up!
