Is the leather jacket he wore around the time of TTWII the same one from the '68 comeback special leather suit? I donīt think it is, but a friend of mine insist it is.

Sorry if this has been discussed before.

Doesn't look like the leather jacket from the '68 Comeback.Then again,what do I know.

He sure looks handsome in these pictures. This jacket looks too shiny to be the one from 68. It is difficult to say. I know one thing....leather never looked so good!(y)

It's hard to say, but the 68' Special leather jacket looks to be more fitted and the TTWII one looks a little looser, I could be wrong, but that's how it looks to me...I think they are two different jackets..

No this isn't the same jacket as the '68 Special. The Special one had pockets with snaps on his chest and bunched seams down in front from the yolk.

yeh i don't think it's the same one..the design looks diffrent..
the pockets and things i mean..

Thanks everybody for the reply, and yes I do also thinks is another jacket.

I guess is the unusual collar what can confuse some fans? Maybe he asked the designer for it after the '68 jacket? or where those kind of collars popular on a jacket back then?

Maybe it was a Bill Bellew design as well.
