Al talks about his experience with Elvis and how he got that job on one of the Behind The Image dvds. ;)

Al dvorin quited in 76, right ?
And one in the Stamps quartet announced at the end of the concert ? right ?

You forget one very important person. Without him there would be no performance. Elvis' sound man Bill Porter.

Good one Leroy, also can't forget about Elvis' sound engineer, Fel - Tone Jarvis ;)(y)

Getlo

Bruce Jackson, sound engineer.

Australian, therefore extremely important.

Still has hundreds of soundboards in his collection.

Any idea the time frame what years the soundboards are from Getlo, and what are the chances of them ever seeing the light of day.

Sure, Jackson could care less about them now as I'm sure they don't mean much to him as they would us...

Al stopped announcing in '75 and Ed Hill (formerly of the Stamps quartet) took over announcer duties.
