"I need a break" Elvis admitted as he sat next to Ed Parker as he sat in the limo on his way from his last show in Charlotte from the Febuary tour. Elvis did not look well when he sat pressing his flushed face agianst the cold glass in the limiousine. "There's nothing a few weeks in hawaii can't cure" replied Parker, and thats what happened.
Obviously it couldn't cure elvis' problem...

Our guy needed a major break, like a year or two to get his life in order, and get away from the chaos that was his life. I, nor we can't even begin to imagine what the pressure of being ELVIS was like!

He knew he needed a break, but never took the steps to make it happen. THink he felt he had to many obligations to attend to and just too many people depending on him.

agree there. elvis did need a good break.
