Such as 68 Special,Welcome Home Elvis,and the CBS 77 Special (what little we've seen of it)

:)Its got to be TTWII I think Elvis looked absolutely fantastic during the making of that and the live concert was for me the best performance I have seen Elvis do.

It's a shame, they could release a fantastic DVD with what we have already seen. I guess we have to be content with the footage some fans put together because it seems we are not going to get it any time soon.

Isn't it ashame we don't have more filmed documentaries or live performances of Elvis' that were taped. Such ashame when we could have gems like the MSG concerts, the Memphis concert from March 74 etc...:mad:

Honestly, 'This Is Elvis' is my favorite documentary. I've watched that film countless times, and although it's peppered with few mistakes, as far as attaching footage to what part of Elvis' life that's being focused on (e.g. They show Elvis on piano singing 'How The Web Was Woven' as Joe talks about Elvis being nervous about the '68 Comeback Special'), it's still a great tribute to the man's life.

I wish they hadn't summed up his movie years in one quick montage ('Too Much Monkey Business'), but besides that, I love that film. I love the soundtrack too! I love the 'Always On My Mind' version from that film with the strings added. (y)
