Can any one help me with this problem I am having. There were many different dates of sit down/stand up shows, the times and so on....
I bought the "The Complete '68 Special' boxed set and they are wonderful!
Now, I always have the song list with the dates that have the unreleased, alternate takes, master takes, the live recording, the studio recordings and so on which cd was found on.
Now, I came across with the two cds that are different with the dates of the sit downs/stand up shows. "Elvis Memories 2cds" and "Tiger Man".
I really need the complete right dates, the times of sit downs and stand ups shows. Anyone? Am I making sense? Sheila

Sheila, if you have the 68 special DVD box Deluxe(3 DVD`s set) you also have the full info in the booklet that goes with it.....Otherwise I can higly recommend the Elvis sessions III by Tunzi, it has all info about every recording that Elvis ever did.

The two 'sit-down' shows were from June 27, 1968, starting at 6Pm and at 8PM.

The two 'stand-up' shows were from June 29, 1968, starting at 6Pm and at 8PM.

If you need help differentiating them, the second sit-down show featured "Tiger Man" and the first stand-up show had Elvis playing guitar on "Baby, What You Want Me To Do."
