Treasure hunters... here's your chance of a lifetime: up for auction on eBay is the original black Dove Guitar, used by Elvis on stage in over 100 concerts. The current owner got the guitar from Elvis in 1975, and kept it ever since. It still has the original Kenpo Karate sticker on the body. The auction ends on September 2nd

Wow, I thought the seller (Mike--can't remember his last name) wasn't ever gonna sell it? :hmm:

And it's actually unclear as to whether this is the exact same guitar that Elvis used in Aloha and EOT (at least I think I read that somewhere a long time ago). Either way, the new owner will have a treasured item to be sure!

Me too! I just checked and the bidding is over $33,000 and still going. The reserve still hasn't been met.

Does anyone have any videos of Elvis with this guitar?
