Rare 1969 Photo?

Has anyone ever seen this picture?

I found it in the booklet that came with the CD Collectors Gold.

It appears to be from 1969, but I noticed one thing - Elvis isn't using his signature guitar here, and I thought he used it during the entire 69 engagement?

Additionally, that seems to be the same scarf design as worn during the Opening Night press conference, quite different from most of the scarves found in on stage pictures from that engagement ?

I also agree w/ Spinout that the scarf design does match the style as seen in photos from the Opening Night show. I just thought it was interesting to find out that Elvis used this guitar as well in 1969, in addition to the 68 Comeback and the November 1970 tour.
