I think he liked the feeling that his fans gave him. The energy, the love and the constant complaments.... Also i think that he like the woman that he picked up too

In the later years I can sum it up with two reasons: Colonel Tom Parker & finances. It's that simple.

I agree with Tony 100%. The Colonel pushed hard as always and Elvis did need the money.

What i meant was that i saw a rewiew about the book
Elvis and the Memphis mafia,on Elvis info website. And it was there i saw
something that read:The true reason of why Elvis liked regulary touring or
something.;)

Tony is right on with his statment. Elvis was broke in the last year or so of his life, and the only thing that motivated him was the money, he felt he had so many around me relying on him and he couldn't let them down.
