This is similar photo to Elvis as recorded at Madison Square Garden album cover. Someone said the cover photo was at Jacksonville USA concert.

Elvis wore the Blue Grass aka Wheat and the Porthole suit at MSG. The suit in your pic is the White Pryamid

Yes...this is from Jacksonville,Florida. It's from the April 16,1972 afternoon show that is supposed to be filmed by MGM for Elvis On Tour. The show is also on CD-R titled as
Glimmering In Jacksonville. The album photo cover for Madison Square Garden is from that Jacksonville show.The photo was to be used on an album called Standing Room Only....but of course it was never released,and therefore it made the Garden cover instead.Here is the cover for the Jacksonville performance that I mentioned.
