Been going since 1978 -seen many many changes over the years!! Crowds just got bigger and bigger. Simply amazing!!

Being economy like it is...I hope it don't slow down the visitors this year. I well take a lot of pictures. I know I might be doing something with Elvis International Magazine but not 100% sure yet. I know I will be lookign for their magazine they put out during that week because they are doing full-page ad of my show in there!

My dad went last year and he enjoyed it soo much that he HAD to go this year and i'm going with him.
Can't wait...i leave on the 10th August (3 days after i come back from my family hols lol)

I just found out that my mom has Elvis Week off. I so want to go! If we do go it'll be my first time there during Elvis Week.

I have been to a few Elvis weeks, they were very special times, obviously you have to be prepared for lots of people who will be there, you will love it, my favourite time was the candlelight vigil,which i think everyone will agree is very moving, all week it is fun and lots to do,but,the 15th is a time to pay respect to this wonderful human being we call Elvis.
Don't forget to go and eat at Marlowe's, brilliant place. Enjoy yourself, wish i was going with you.

I went there twice, once on Dec 2006 and the 30th anniversary last year, during Elvis Week 2007 i have to say overwhelming :) yet i had a good time, ... I got to meet many Elvis close friends and family members, and they all so fan friendly.. my highlight was Elvis In Concert ,Gospel Night with member of The Stamp Quartet and Vigil Night :-(

If you have time and money saved up..and you are Elvis fan,...you MUST go to Graceland.. either Elvis Week or just any time you can get off work for vacation...

and to be honest it makes me missed Elvis even more :'(

I think that for those who never been to Graceland , going there not on Elvis Week is actually much better, lesser crowd, and you can really enjoy the views of Elvis memorabilia, pictures,awards, gold records, cars collections , airplanes , jumpsuits etc . take as many pictures as you want and take your times , because during Elvis Week it was just crazy ..plus the humidity of summer in August ..ouch !

and do not forget to go to Tupelo, that place was the beginning of a legacy. I read how poor Elvis was, ...and as i saw that house in person...man ...Elvis really lived an American dream.

Cant make to graceland but my family and i will in Las Vegas were rideing down in what we call are rolling Graceland :king:
