Story:
A Chicago nightclub owner, Harold Stone, hires Elvis to keep an eye on his daughter, Fabares, while she's away on holiday in Fort Lauderdale.
This turns out to be not an easy task, while lots of trouble await Elvis.
Elvis for instance ends a romantic meeting between Fabares and her admirer Mioni, by removing the yacht they are on from the water and taking it through the streets of the town, to get Shelley Fabares back to her room.
At one point, after Fabares is arrested for behaving badly in a nightclub, Elvis digs a tunnel onder the jail to get her out of there.
It's a funny movie at points, and of course all things end well, when Elvis and Fabares fall in love.
Behind The Scenes:
Working titles for this movie: "The Only Way To Love", "Girl Crazy".
Elvis started shooting on June 5, 1964 and finished on July 31.
