Hmmm... not sure what book it's from but the photo could be from Las Vegas '56. I'm sure someone will be along soon with some info.

Yes Elvisville, you were right. It's towards the front of the book. Am I right in thinking that this picture has also appeared in colour somewhere?

don't think i've seen it in colour anywhere , but i impressed myself that i got the book right , lol
