That is true Rosanne. I've noticed that and pondered it many, many times...:hmm: It's almost as if he had lost his spirit...the light had dimmed, so to speak. :'( Perhaps he was tired. Just tired of the battles. Tired of the demons he had to deal with. Tired of being Elvis, maybe? I don't know for sure...but I do know that it breaks my heart to think that with so many people constantly around him...no one seemed to notice, or cared enough to risk something in exchange for helping the man...just soooo sad! :'(

Well I find it amazing that Elvis still makes you ladies go crazy. But I was expecting some hooters to be shown here with this title. As for my idea of heaven. I think it is the same world as it is now but with everybody famous alive. Elvis would be as famous up there as he was up there and up in heaven he is still performing concerts, with his 1972 look. And I think I will finally get to see the MSG concert, that my friends is my idea of heaven.

Thank God it wasn't that serious. It was just a bad, bad cold. :cold: Now, I feel a whole lot better. I took a few days off my work and I'm home, safe, taking my pills and having all of you guys and gals as my company. Tha best company. You and Elvis. And of course the gorgeous pictures you all share with me and make my temperature be high again!!:D :D

I completely agree with your thoughts on this. I have never shared this with alot of people(Gail knows it!), but I will let you in on my version of heaven. When I make it upstairs, most of my time is going to spent in the Las Vegas Hilton showroom. I don't have to drink, and I won't be gambling, but I sure plan on being in the showroom. I want it to be just like it used to be....gold lame curtains, dinner served, those big red booths and the funky angels on the wall. I completely agree with your thoughts on this. I have never shared this with alot of people(Gail knows it!), but I will let you in on my version of heaven. When I make it upstairs, most of my time is going to spent in the Las Vegas Hilton showroom. I don't have to drink, and I won't be gambling, but I sure plan on being in the showroom. I want it to be just like it used to be....gold lame curtains, dinner served, those big red booths and the funky angels on the wall. Perhaps some day all of our Girls Gone Wild will have a special reserved table waiting just for us.:blink::blush:;)(y)
