burning dvds

I'm trying to burn my Elvis dvds to edit and make my own compilation. Can anyone recommend the best software to get to do this.I using windows xp.Many thanks for any replies

I have Windows Xp and you press start and go to my computer to Dvd drive E and you can burn dvds or cds. Hope that helps.

Magix Video Deluxe is an easy and powerfull program to edit your clips. It has lots of possibility's and is affordable; in Holland it goes for around 90 euro's, and that's for the PLUS-version. The normal version goes for around 60 euro's I guess - that would be around 40 pounds.

Yes - that's it. But for working with DVD'd i advise you to take a newer version. i do have the 2006 version myself and it is real easy importing the clips etc. I doubt seeing this box that this volume has the features as available in newer versions.

I used Easy Video Splitter for editing and Nero 7 for burning and ripping :)

Another one called Totally Free Burner makes its` home at: www.dandans.com
These are all freeware as far as I know...hope it helps!:)
