i saw this clip its on a dvd called the elvis files it has eye witness accounts of elvis sitting at his back door a guy claims to have the original pics of it and this one of elvis walking by as long as there is elvis there will be stupidity and silly people

anywayz I think ppl still want to believe he's(Elvis) still alive I for one think he died that day on aug 16 1977 but each of there own...but come now if ya want to proof(sp?) that he still alive at least try to find a person that look like him..the guy does not even look like him at all and the guy has a beard and a little shorter then elvis..

I first spotted this when i watched EIC. They walk by so fast its hard to tell. I don't believe it's Elvis or the Colonel. People were filming that day,it could've been and probably was someone on the film crew..but the guy did have hair like Elvis and wore the same shades.

No, it's not Elvis! This footage was filmed after August 16, 1977 (most likely late September, 1977) and unless I'm wrong I don't think Elvis had suddenly resurrected.

The clip doesn't make me mad, it just goes to show the lengths people will go to grasp straws to believe their hero was still alive. I just stopped the video several times and really think now it could have been him. If anyone know show to get in touch with Al Strada - he used to hang out with him and can tell you more about him. I don't know what happened to him after about 3/78. Dean Nichopolous also would know of him as he worked there at Graceland with Dean after Elvis died. I'll check with my source and let you know.

I've heard that he is driving a truck but I can't promise you that's true. I've also heard that he has been on Sirius via phone a few times but I've never heard him. Would love too though! I know that he's never made any appearances in Memphis for any Elvis events though. Sure wish he would as I would love to hear what he has to say about things now.

I did read over at FECC where Al was, in fact, on Sirius radio with GK (George Klein) a while back via telephone.

By all accounts, Al truly was devastated by Elvis's passing...he (I think) was one of the "casket guards" during the public viewing (correct me if I'm wrong, dear).

Al Strada had a five o'clock shadow in that pic. But i've never seen a beard on him. As i've said on the people walking by Vernons office window.. it had to be crew members or employees of Graceland. It shocked me because i said "look that was Elvis and the Colonel, but now after 30+ years i've come to my sences. It aint Elvis..LOL
