I was wondering, was Elvis close to any of his male co-stars?

We always hear stories about his female co-stars, but never hear if he became good friends with any of the guy's he acted with...:hmm:

Who did Elvis enjoy acting with?

He was pretty close to and dated Shelly Fabares who starred with him in 3 films, Girl Happy, Spinout, and Clambake, And don't forget about Ann Margaret and Nancy Sinatra.

Jay, she's talking about MALE co-stars.....instead of the usual female.

Nick Adams, Charles Bronson

Nick Adams was not in King Creole, nor any other Elvis movie.

Charles Bronson and Elvis were reportedly cool to each other during filming of Kid Galahad. Bronson apparently didn't like the stupid antics of Elvis and the boys on set, as he was there to do a job, not screw around.

Can't say I blame him ...

I don't think tough guy Charlie would like Elvis' antics and I read a biography which indicated that was the case. The biography was by W.A. Harbinson also also wrote a book about Elvis.

Kurt Russell was too young at the time to "hang out with the boys" but he sure admired and never forgot Elvis.
