In another thread, someone mentioned a DVD from the STAR label entitled "Elvis On Tour - Through My Eyes". The person who posted this said that the DVD was excellent!
I've seen several different Elvis DVD titles available on the STAR label and was wondering if anyone out there had some of the other titles that STAR has released and if so, how are they? :hmm:
Many of the titles sound very interesting, but I was mainly curious about the quality of the DVD's!
Any help that anyone could offer on this would be most appreciated!! (y)

The ones I got I like a lot and watch them all the time. Love Coming Down is a great one to get. Elvis In Concert CD is mixed within the video of the 1977 Special and outtakes which are combined together. What ever is on the CD is in the video and is great to hear it in stereo. Born To Rock Vol. 1 and 2 are great as well with remixes of songs. I don't have Vol. 3 but I heard it is great too. I'll Be There Vol. 1 and 2 are TTWII footage. It is like in some ways the concert part of the TTWII SE but much better. Those are must haves. The August 4, 1970 Rehearsals is the known footage of that date in the studio. It runs around an hour and it too is great. Never Ending Love is some what like the best moments from 1954 to 2004. Some what like a biography. I like how they mixed the video of That's All Right from 1968 Special with the 1954 Sun recording. They also mixed the 1975 recording of Tiger Man with the video from the 68 Special as well. A New Year With Elvis is a good one. It is the same that is featured on Now Now Now Vol. 3. My Way is incomplete but shows photos from various dates along with video from Aloha of the line "the record shows I took a blows" mixed with the recording of the New Years Eve concert. The Fantasy Concert is simply a must have. Audio is from the FTD Recorded Live On Stage In Memphis and video is from various dates. Each song you see him sing. I like how they did that. If you would like some of them PM and I will hook you up.

Star have made some brilliant dvd's and those in charge of the official releases could learn a lot from them.

Awesome news JR76!!(y)(y)(y)
I'm sure you will enhjoy them..Here's some titles I would suggest..
Elvis On Tour Through My Eyes= Has to be the best EOT dvdset we've had released. Contains footage from the MSG Press Conference and some live clips from MSG concerts...
Another really cool video is Never Ending Love..it's cool, and the sound is synched like the 1954 version of Thats Alright while it shows Elvis from the 68 Special singing it. Very Cool!
