Karen Sue moved from her hometown in 1967 to live
in Graceland, where she spent the remainder of her
youth in the presence of the young Elvis.
Boy, she sure went unnoticed.
Karen Sue spent a lot of time with the original 'Elvis
Presley', as opposed to Elvis.
:hmm:
Later, she became the VIP tour guide at Graceland
Well, maybe Graceland went over her head

If it is Donn'a sister than I guess since Donna can't make public appearances anymore she's talked her sister into helping her continue to screw people over!
She is Donnaīs sister(n)
Karen Sue Presley was born on 20th February 1952 in
East Prairie, Missouri.
Her mother, Lorene Nashval Presley, was the younger
sister of Vernon Presley, who fathered Elvis.
Karen Sue moved from her hometown in 1967 to live
in Graceland, where she spent the remainder of her
youth in the presence of the young Elvis. One of Elvis'
nicknames for Karen was 'pigtails'.
Karen Sue spent a lot of time with the original 'Elvis
Presley', as opposed to Elvis.
Later, she became the VIP tour guide at Graceland,
where she spent many happy years in the presence
of stars such as Boy George, Def Leopard and many
others.

Earl and Nashval Pritchett, along with their daughters Donna and Karen (Susie) lived adjacent to Graceland. The Presley family was very close and Elvis appreciated having many of his relatives, old and young, at hand. It was typical of Elvis to share his good fortune with those close to him. Donna often visited Graceland and spent many happy summers at the Mansion.
Later Donna became friends with Priscilla Presley, Elvis's wife, and often went shopping with her in Memphis. Donna has many fond memories of those days which she tells of in her fascinating book.
After the sad death of Elvis, Donna worked alongside her uncle Vernon in his office, answering fan mail. Many interesting subjects were covered in private conversations they had together, and may in time shed new light on what really happened, during those final days, to Elvis.
More information about Donna and her very famous cousin can be seen in her wonderful book "Elvis-Precious Memories", 1997. The Best of Times, Inc. Birmingham Alabama. Many unique photos are included as well as the insight, often only found in close family circles. Donna is now busy promoting Elvis in a much more favourable light than we have had of late- and doing an excellent job. Along with her husband Buddy Early, Donna has made many appearances on TV and has spoken on Radio, in the U.S.A., Canada, and Europe. Donna has also been featured in very many Newspapers, such as the mass selling, British, "News of the World", and the famous and very popular celebrity magazine, "Hello!" Donna and Buddy have two grown-up sons, Jamie and Stacy, and a beautiful granddaughter, Nashville-but that is another story!

But neither would be Presleys right? They would first be Pritchetts then their new name with marriage? Am I missing something?

I think Donna picked up the name Presley for obvious reasons. She's the one who sold a lot of fake memorabilia to people and got sued.
