I used to go scrounging around all the sites for new photos of Elvis but once I registered with this one I found it was pointless. This gallery tops them all and with EPPG for the jumpsuit pictures etc., I find everything I want right here.

I also do like The King's Court and MyElvisWorld. Thanks all for the info on ElvisCrawler. I went there a few years back but will check out their info soon.

I first started out visiting the official Elvis site. Then barbcoolwaters music Elvis section, because I wanted to hear Elvis music (other than a few songs I'd heard on the radio years ago) to see if I'd really enjoy his music. I am thrilled to say I did and do!

Then I found this site (which is the one I most frequently read). I also enjoy looking at sites that "fans have made" tribute sites, I guess (pictures, gifs etc).

It seems a looooong time ago now, but the site was started by me in its current format in 2002 and in 2004 I developed a database structure for the concert information and then re-developed it in 2005/6 to the one that's on there now and Ciscoking joined me and he bought along his in-depth knowledge of everything "CD" and updated the concert database to be as accurate as you'll find and we've never looked back. Add to that the Studio Session CD output, the ongoing chronology, the unique video footage downloads and....yeah, you're right, it's not a bad little site.

I think for both Cisco and me it's also the friends and people we've met along the way. I won't name drop but we are both within talking distance of some of the top names in the Elvis world, it really seems wierd now just talking about it LOL.

When times like that hit me sometimes i'll pull an Elvis the top ten hits from the 80's rca release and just sit and play some tracks and just enjoy the music for what it is. Agree there is way to much disecting in the elvis world and sometimes can suck the fun away from being a fan.
