I love this performance as well. Don't forget -- it's from Omaha (gasp! the dreaded Omaha show?) and not Rapid City.

I got this CD before I had seen the special and it was my favorite track on the whole album...the last song. I thought this song came across very well and would not have sounded out of place on an album from the early seventies.

I agree Bobby. You will find some who will say the this performance "And I Love You So'' was horrible..I can't see where they get that though. I've always enjoyed it:notworthyBut it each to their own i guess;)

I agree did Did.

I remember watching "This Is Elvis" for the first time..and when they showed the CBS In Concert footage from Omaha with Elvis performing "Love Me" I couldn't believe how ill he looked..so swollen, brought tears to my eyes.
