For those that haven't seen it, this is a treat.

I have this one bookmarked Getlo but I'm glad you posted it for others who haven't seen it. It would have been so cool to have been in that cafeteria or dining room when Elvis walked by in the corridor. I'm sure he knew he was giving them quite a treat waving to them. :) Fun to watch how alert for problems Joe and others were too.

It is outtakes and other stuff from Way It Is.
There are many versions of this stuff out there: some DVD sets are six hours, some are 12 hours. There's apparently a 22-hour version.
eBay is probably your best bet, although there's nothing there now. The sets come up fairly regularly there.

wow thank you ! I love Elvis like this, just walking about in gerneral with his pals. Thanks for sharing :D
Ive seen this before- but its a good clip. Warner Bro. and Turner Video are the ones pulling these clips off You Tube not EPE. EPE has no say so over the films or outtakes.

Well said Diane...according to some on here, he was too trashed on drugs as early as '73, I'm happy to see that you didn't see that or have that experience.:D Thank you so VERY VERY MUCH for sharing this w/us.:D
Diane

It was 1973 in Lake Tahoe and no Susan, not even a hint of being trashed. Completely control over his body movements, clear eyed and his voice was also clear, no slurring, no stuttering so If he were trashed in that year, we sure didn't see it and it must not have happened all that often as I've never encountered anyone from all his years in Vegas and on tour that saw him who said they felt something was wrong or that he didn't act straight and I know a lot of people I've talked to that saw him through the years. So...I can only go by what I saw and what I heard first hand and that's enough for me!

IF I could come thru the computer and hug you I would!!!! A MILLION GAZILLION thank you's for all you said above...I'm am so happy that you said that and had that experience, as in another thread someone tried to make it sound that he was trashed onstage as early as '73...FANTASTIC to hear from someone who was ACTUALLY THERE that that was so not the case...and from other's that have shared their actual experience in seeing him onstage.
I know he was not a saint or a demi God, as a small % of fans do, but I don't think he was as horrid as some want to make him out to be. I love him irregardless, his faults just make him more human, more loveable, more REAL to me...:D

I'm going to make this clear, I believe Elvis had a huge problem with prescription drugs. I believe he had a bad temper at times and I believe he probably could never have been faithful to a woman. I will never deny that even to a non fan but I will continually harp on the fact that I think some things that were said about him are exaggerated and that I believe some things were downright lies. A good example is that awful movie David Stanley just put out and I believe the Stanleys are the biggest offenders. I believe Priscilla and the MM have done their bit on that too but in a lesser way.
Priscilla bounces back and forth with her stories and my gripe with the MM is how they word things, especially Lamar. Subtlety is surely not their strength and all of them have been more concerned about putting themselves in a good light than to respect Elvis' memory.
But....until I run into someone I know and trust personally that can tell me they saw Elvis stumble around on stage, I don't believe he did that more than a very few times later on say from late 1974 as I can see from pictures of him then that things weren't right. And that's my stand.
