Informative Books-Any Suggestions?

Hello all,

I'm right now looking for a new Elvis book..I'm looking for something that contains lots of information on Recording sessions dates, concerts, stuff like that. I'm already looking for xmas presents for mysef :lol::lol:.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Elvis Sessions III by Joseph A Tunzi is the absolute bible on the subject.

It's about due for an update, as the last edition was published in 2004.

Elvis Presley: A Life in Music is another essential book to have. Very thorough book!

Well, as the name suggests, Elvis Sessions III lists every recording session, musicians, matrix numbers, alternative versions, and where you can find them.

It's more detailed than Elvis Presley: A Life In Music too, IMO.

There are some fantastic pictures too, including one of Elvis and Mama Cass singing together around the piano in Elvis' Hilton suite in February '73.

i woould suggest, elvis a-z, ELVIS day by day, ELVIS sessions 1-3, THE BOY WHO DARED TO ROCK, ELVIS in concert 1969-77[erick skarr], talking ELVIS [trevor cajio].
