Al Dvorin has left the building. He died in a car accident while he was on his way home in Las Vegas from an Elvis gig in Palm Springs with Ed Bonja. The accident happened near the Nevada / California border according to several reports.

Al Dvorin was one of the kindest men from the Elvis circle. He always made time to talk to and with fans from around the world and spoke of Elvis and the years he spent with Elvis in a positive way.

Al's wife Bernice passed away earlier this year after battling cancer for sometime. Our thoughts and prayers are with Al's family and friends.

The recent picture of Al was taken August 14th 2004 by Paul Gansky

I've seen him a few years back and he really seemed like a warm and nice man. But he's back with his wife now (who always travelled him and acompanied him during his performances on Elvis meetings)....

Also horrible for Bonja..... eventhough he's not responsible for Al's death, it surely must haunt him..... let's hope Bonja get well soon...
