Hey, I was thinking about getting the Elvis Final Days DVD. I already have the cbs special but I'm looking for a good sorce of the Omaha and rapidcity shows. Does anyone have this dvd? How is the quality? Are there any better sorces/versions out there for these shows on DVD? Thanks.

Isn't this the DVD with all the interviews, including Sheila Ryan? If so, I have it, it's okay, but nothing great other than seeing interviews I had not seen before....nothing that shows any major performances - what I mean is - it's not a performance DVD.

If I am thinking of a different DVD sorry - it's in my room and I did not look at the title before responding to this.

no. it's suppose to be a dvd with the cbs special, omaha and rapidcity shows. I'm just wondering if anyone knows any better dvds then this out there for that content.

Oh, sorry! Now you have me interested in it.....I don't have any performances on video other than 68 Comeback Special and Aloha - well other than That's The Way It is, etc. Would love to see some other concert footage.

Personally i would go for the dvd Elvis In Concert:Love coming down made by Star.Because i'm sure once you watch the Omaha concert i doubt you'd watch it again.Once was enough for me :( It's very hard/sad to watch.

I have this "THe final days" DVD.. well.. the quality isn't good in Omaha and Rapid show(but I think it is fine..could be better) ..but the sound is excellent I think. And there is also very bad quality footage about Indianapolis show. I couldn't watch that indianapolis show at all..because of the sound and the footage quality (n)

Thanks Yadee for your first hand experience with this DVD....sounds like it's not really one to get. Due to quality of footage/sound.
