View Full Version : FTD questions Pot Luck, Girls Girls Girls

I read that the November FTD releases are Girls! Girls! Girls! and Pot Luck. I'm semi interested in Pot Luck. But is anyone else a little dissappointed by these being the new FTDs? I was really hoping for some more remastered soundboards. If anyone knows anything about future potential FTD releases I'd be interested in hearing about it.
I read a while back they were planning on doing a 3 cd sun sessions release. While that might be kind of cool, I'm not sure how much more they can really squeeze out of the sun sessions for anything interesting.
I wish they'd just keep releasing good live shows.

I also want to hear more info. Is it true that there is not going to be more soundboard?

I don't care for the SUN recordings. It's fun to hear once in a while. The SunRise 2CD-set was good enough for me to cover that period.

I love those new 7" FTD releases and I'm really happy that BMG continues this serie. I was affraid that they would stop in the middle of releasing them, leaving us with an incomplete serie.

Pot Luck is wonderfull and GGG might have some great outtakes. Looking forward to these two albums.

It's nikce stil have thoses Albums again, for soundboards, there will be more them, not at this time of releases.

I`m more than happy with the "Pot Luck", "Girls Girls Girls" FTD releases, really looking forward to them.

they need to keep chugging along on the 'Classic Album' series. it's the best thing FTD has done so far. i love the packaging and the sound quality is great. i'm looking forward to "How Great Thou Art". hopefully that'll be coming up soon. looks like they're alternating between 60's and 70's albums. i love "Pot Luck", btw.

For those of you that do want more soundboards released to FTD, I'm curious what concerts would be most interesting.

Personally, I'd like to see some of the more controversial stuff be remastered. How about an FTD of Desert Storm or College Park? And I'd like to see a few soundboards from each tour/season. Maybe the two or three best shows from each year from 69 to 77?
