'Don't' - No.14. This is the fourth consecutive single to debut on the charts at this position. I wonder what the odds are of this happening? There are 75 singles in the chart. I would be grateful if you budding mathematicians out there could help. Thanks.
'Party' drops from 14 to 93.
'Elvis The King' drops from 23 to 40.

More UK chart/sales information.
'Dont' sold 8716 copies - just 16 copies short of the single above it! Apparently the 4th week consecutive placing for a new single is unprecedented in UK chart history. Another UK chart record for 'THE KING'.
So far, in this campaign, 'Suspicious Minds' has sold 22,536 copies.
Total sales for Elvis' singles in the UK for 2007 are currently 138,597 copies.

LOL colin!!!
wouldnt it be great if "Dont" made it to number one.
Its great to see these figures. But it does show how single sales are nowhere near what they used to be for all performers. Now its all about the album. In Elvis's day it was all about the single.
