Hi, i am just writing a few words to see if anyone knows if Elvis on Tour is available on dvd. Actually i dont even have it on vhs, but was also wondering what it is like. I have heard that it is pretty good, and therefore I would like to be able to get it. So if you know much about this dvd/vhs could you please let me know. thanks.

It's a fantastic release... and even if you get a vhs copy, you won't be sorry. There is no official DVD release for EOT, but hopefully there will be one as soon as possible.

I have a pirated DVD copy of Elvis on tour although it is a poor copy I enjoyed watching it over and over again. I hope I can get hold of the original DVD copy. If you are a fan you should not miss this one.

it should be released as DVD form.. because I think it is great.
I have it on VHS..not a good quality. But enjoyed a lot anyways.
I really wish they will release it on DVD on day.. it is really worth to it.

thanks for all your replies, it has definitely inspired me to get a hold of a copy, even if it is on vhs. I will probably have to get it on ebay.

I sure hope they put it out on DVD...with the extra footage. I have it on VHS and it's fantastic!

I have the "Graceland" release, of Elvis On Tour,on vhs, but I was wondering if anyone has the original version that was seen in theaters at the time? I remember seeing it on cable when i was younger. I know there are scenes missing in the recent releases.

Elvis On Tour, needs to be remastered and most certainly should be out on DVD, but I don't think it will ever happen.
