Alternative to Anapod?

I've just recently bought an iPod (despite owning 20000+ Club Live points that are enough to get a Zune ..ppssst I'm willing to sell those points), and I've just discovered a nifty program called Anapod (http://www.redchairsoftware.com/anapod/featpw.php), which let's you control your iPod through Windows Explorer; however extremely many are unhappy with the customer service, as it is often none after you've bought the program - thus I'm asking what alternatives you use (that is, if you don't use iTunes, and want to control your iPod through Windows).

What I'm looking for is just basic stuff; ability to control my podcast subcribtions (and hopefully the program will download them automatically), and managing my music and videos

EDIT: Never mind, I've just found a pretty decent alternative :)
