The late Friday update is that 'Elvis The King' album is 800 copies ahead of the No.2 one by Kate Nash so it is still touch and go for a No.1.
'Suspicious Minds' is currently around the No.15 position. However, it jumped 15 positions in two days from 30 on Wednesday.

For those fans who are hoping for 'Suspicious Minds' to get to No.1 in the UK Singles Chart, please do not be too disappointed if it does not. It has only officially been on sale since the 16th and in my opinion this was a mistake by Sony BMG which they will live to regret. In my opinion two tracks which stood the best chance of getting to No.1 were 'Suspicious Minds' and 'Heartbreak Hotel'. The former was released too late giving other chart acts more time to accumulate sales and the latter was not eligible for the chart because of chart rules. At the time of writing (18th), according to a reliable source, the singles by ROBYN and KANYE WEST are expected to sell around 40,000 copies each by the end of today. In my opinion this leaves an impossible task for 'Suspicious Minds' to achieve a top two position.
I sincerely hope I'm wrong

I do not think it is DSD but it is certainly the best quality I have heard for these recordings.

In the "People" charts today, the album "Elvis The King" is nowhere in the Top 10 Albums, and at number 9 in the Top 10 Singles chart is "Heartbreak Hotel."
Could "Heartbreak Hotel" be the most expensive single in the charts, I thought that you could only get this single if the box for the singles is purchased at around ?10.00?

'Heartbreak Hotel' is not eligible for the Official UK Single Charts.
