I have been seeing quite a few young African Americans visiting Graceland lately. I say this from seeing them in online pictures from Flickr.com when searching for Graceland. There was one picture of 8 young teenage black females at EP's grave site. Another picture of an entire black family touring the mansion outside on the stairs. I also noticed that much of the staff is black and young. Now as a man who is involved with a black woman and who is for equal opportunity and racial harmony as EP was, this is great to see that EPE has a large black percentage of its staff members. It is really nice seeing all these young black kids visiting his home on a regular basis now and learning about him and his caring attributing heart. I recently posted a link to a Memphis news site here on the thread about "Graceland expansion" that had a video file that showed a couple different black families visiting Graceland. There's also a video file from the TV Land website where a young black couple have on matching EP t-shirts at the ceremonies cheering on EP.
This all goes to show that 1)not all black people believe the racist crap spread about EP by the Hip Hop Generation, 2)many black families are showing that they have great respect for him after all, and 3) EP is reaching the black community little by little which will only help him for generations to come.(y)
