Hi, great to discover this new addition to TCB-world, my favourite Elvis site of them all.
So making use of this new forum, I?ve been wondering for a while about which software (not a very expencive one) would be the best to get, so I can transefere some Old Lp?s and cassette tapes into the laptop to burn them into a bunch of Cd?s.
Any advices?
Thanks and TCB.

It's important that you connect the recordplayer to the pc the right way. The easiest is to simply connect it to your reciever (use the phone entrance) and then connect the lineout of your receiver to the line-in of your soundcard.
This program is fantastic for recording, cutting and enhance the LP:

Record, restore, burn: MAGIX Audio Cleaning Lab 11 is the perfect tool for restoring your sound on your PC. Automatically remove crackling, hissing and humming from LPs, cassettes and MP3s and burn onto CD or DVD.
